General Policy and Returns

At Max Mart LLC, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a defective product. That’s why we have a streamlined Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to ensure quick and hassle-free returns. Subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, we will replace or credit any item returned within 30 days of shipment. Most replacement RMAs are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. All defective items are tested upon receipt, and credit requests are processed within 3 business days to minimize wait times.

30-Day Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment with a valid RMA#.

  • Products must be in resalable condition with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

  • A $35 rebox fee applies to items returned with a damaged box.

  • Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is being replaced within 15 days.

  • Certain products like CPUs, memory, and software are only eligible for replacement, not refunds.

  • Shipping charges and consumable items are non-refundable.

How to Obtain an RMA#

  • Use our online RMA form to request an RMA#.

  • All RMA requests via email are answered within 24 business hours.

  • RMA# must be written on the outside shipping label of all returned packages.

  • Items must be shipped freight prepaid to the designated return center.

System Repairs & Warranty Claims

For defective systems, please contact our Technical Support to troubleshoot before requesting an RMA. Warranty services will be performed only by Max Mart LLC or authorized technicians. Systems may be repaired, replaced, or substituted at our discretion.

Online Orders & Refund Policy

  • Warranty and return procedures apply to all online purchases.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds, but exchanges within 15 days of invoice will not incur this fee.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • If your package is refused, notify Customer Service immediately to track the return and process a credit.

  • If a package is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, report it within 2 days to initiate a claim with the carrier.

  • Claims typically take 2 to 4 weeks to process.

  • If an express shipment is delayed, a claim will be filed with the carrier. Exemptions apply for uncontrollable factors like severe weather.

Billing & Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.). Orders are subject to verification before authorization. A $25 fee applies to returned checks or non-sufficient funds (NSF).

Pricing & Order Cancellation

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to an error, Max Mart LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount charged.

  • Orders canceled by customers are subject to a 15% handling fee.
